Organic unbleached wheat flour, water, Patricia (our sourdough starter), salt, organic rice flour (for dusting). Nothing else.
Keeping it fresh
Two to three days on the counter, cut-side down. It freezes beautifully for up to three months: slice it, wrap it tight, and toast slices straight from frozen.
