Sourdough Breads
Our sourdough is made with organic flour, salt, water, and our sourdough starter, “Patricia.” We long ferment our bread for the best flavor, texture, and health benefits. Our sourdough sandwich bread also uses honey and avocado oil (we are firmly against using any seed oils in our products)!

All of our products are made in small batches with high quality ingredients.
Chicken Bone Broth
We use our own pasture raised chickens, with onions, carrots, and celery to make this rich and nutritious bone broth. We steep the ingredients for 48 hours to extract the maximum amount of nutrients, collagen, and flavor. This is PURE BONE BROTH, we do not cut it with vegetable broth, additional water, or any other additive. Unsalted.

Pasture Raised Poultry
We raise our chickens and turkeys on pasture where they enjoy fresh air and new ground daily. We do not vaccinate our birds and they are never fed medicated feed. We process and butcher on farm and use only water in the process. No bleaches, injections, or fillers EVER!
