ABOUT
NOBLE FARM

PASTURE POULTRY

Our pasture raised poultry is offered seasonally from late spring into early fall. Raised on pasture, moved daily, and fed high quality feed. Processed on the farm with no additives, injections, preservatives, or chemicals.

Our pasture raised turkeys are available frozen starting in October. Premium “never-frozen” turkeys can be reserved and are processed the week of Thanksgiving.

Seasonally available at the Urban Basket.

SOURDOUGH BREADS

We use simple organic ingredients and a long, labor intensive fermenting process to produce the best sourdough bread you can find! We use our scratch made starter (Patricia), a long fermentation for maximum taste and health benefits, and absolutely NO added yeast, ever.

We regularly offer our flagship Artisan Sourdough, our popular Sandwich Sourdough loaves, Sourdough Bagels, and other products year round at the Urban Basket and Heaven to Earth.

LOCAL PRODUCE

During the summer and fall months we are proud to offer fresh produce ranging from a variety of tomatoes, potatoes, green beans, peppers, leaf lettuces, onions, pumpkins, and more.

Our gardens and high tunnels are managed with organic practices and minimal till practices. We never use synthetic fertilizers, toxic pesticides, or herbicides.

Produce will be offered at the Urban Basket and Heaven to Earth.

HERBALS & BALMS

We grow a large variety of flowers and herbs that have incredible health benefits such as calendula, comfrey, holy basil, and many culinary herbs.

We use natural oils and beeswax to create a variety of nourishing balms and extracts that have many uses.

These are made in small batches and available is limited. Only available online for local pickup. Sign up for our emails to be notified when inventory is available.

FOR A HEALTHIER WYOMING

Noble Farm began with a simple goal to feed our family real food. We wanted to step away from a centralized food system that offered rising prices and lower quality, and instead create something clean, nutritious, and trustworthy.

We started by baking two loaves at a time in our home oven, learning the craft of sourdough one batch at a time. Over the years, that small beginning has grown into a dedicated bakery space with commercial equipment and five ovens? Today, long fermented sourdough and handcrafted baked goods are the heart of our farm, shaped by simple, clean ingredients and time honored methods.

We also raise pasture fed poultry in small seasonal batches, and use every part of the bird with intention. Our chicken bone broth is made from our own birds, simmered low and slow, and available year round. It has become one of our most valued products, offering a simple and nourishing staple for local families.

We are grateful to provide this food for our family, and it is our joy to share it with our community in Gillette.
